Properly Designed Meals

Briefly describe each meal on a separate note card or sticky note (e.g., Spaghetti, Casserole, Beans & Rice). If you don't mind eating the same meal frequently (we make pizza every other week), repeat it on another card. Care must be taken to ensure you are getting a variety of nutrients, proper amounts of protein and other essential vitamins. Properly designed meals that include a selection of foods can make following a vegetarian lifestyle easier, more exciting, and healthier. No, I don’t care if you still eat meat, are eating meat right now, eat meat in your sleep, and will always eat meat for the rest of your life. Just because you are a meat eater doesn’t mean you can’t try vegan meals.
